Men’s Support Group
Welcome — thank you for your interest in the Men’s Group. This group is a biweekly gathering held on Thursdays at 2:30 p.m., designed to offer a supportive, confidential space for men to explore emotional well-being, relationships, identity, masculinity, stress, and personal growth.
What to expect
Small-group format with guided discussion and opportunities for sharing and reflection.
Facilitated by a therapist experienced in anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Focus on building connection, skills for managing stress and emotions, and practicing healthier ways of relating to self and others.
A non-judgmental environment that honors diverse experiences of masculinity and identity.
Logistics
Meetings occur every other Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
Sessions will follow a consistent structure (check-in, topic/reflection, group discussion, and brief grounding/closing).
Intended for adult men and male-identifying individuals seeking community and growth.
Optional reading (suggested for reflection between sessions)
The Mask of Masculinity — Understand common cultural defenses men use and how vulnerability can support connection and healing.
Man’s Search for Meaning — Reflections on resilience, purpose, and surviving traumatic experiences.
Other reading suggestions will be talked about in group.
